4. Purchases and Payments

Should you choose to purchase any product or service offered through AiOnCalls (each, a "Purchase"), you may be required to provide certain personal and payment-related information. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, billing address, shipping address, credit or debit card details, and card expiration date.

You affirm and warrant that:
(a) You are legally authorized to use the payment method(s) provided; and
(b) All information submitted is accurate, complete, and up to date.

To process transactions, we may use third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you grant us permission to share that information with such third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order or transaction at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances involving pricing errors, product or service unavailability, or suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Promotions, Contests, and Sweepstakes

From time to time, AiOnCalls may offer contests, sweepstakes, or promotional campaigns (collectively, “Promotions”) through the Service. These Promotions may be subject to additional terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements, which are independent of these Terms and Conditions.

By choosing to participate in any Promotion, you agree to abide by the applicable Promotion rules and our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between the terms of any Promotion and these Terms, the terms specific to the Promotion shall govern.

6. Subscription Plans

Certain features of the Service are made available through recurring subscription models (“Subscription(s)”). Subscriptions will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase—either monthly or annually (“Billing Cycle”).

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms unless cancelled by you through your account dashboard, or terminated by AiOnCalls. Subscriptions may include both SaaS-based offerings and white-labeled solutions, with associated pricing reflective of the chosen service category.

To maintain your Subscription, a valid payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) is required. You agree to provide accurate, complete billing details, including your full name, billing address, postal code, telephone number, and payment credentials.

By submitting this information, you expressly authorize AiOnCalls to process all charges related to your Subscription through the provided payment method. If automatic billing is unsuccessful, AiOnCalls will issue an electronic invoice outlining the payment amount due. You agree to manually complete the payment by the date specified on the invoice.

7. Changes to Subscription Fees

AiOnCalls reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise its pricing structure, including Subscription fees and product-related charges. Any fee adjustments will take effect upon the conclusion of your current Billing Cycle. You will be notified in advance of such changes via email or via the Service platform.

8. Refund Policy

All payments made to AiOnCalls for Subscriptions or services are strictly non-refundable. By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds shall be provided under any circumstances.

9. User-Generated Content

The Service permits users to submit, upload, store, and share text, images, videos, links, and other forms of content (collectively, “User Content”). You bear full responsibility for the legality, integrity, and appropriateness of any User Content submitted through the platform.

By posting or sharing User Content via the Service, you affirm and warrant that:

You own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and grant AiOnCalls a license to use such content as described herein.
The posting of your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, contractual rights, or any other legal rights of any individual or entity.

While AiOnCalls does not assume liability for User Content submitted by users, we reserve the right—but not the obligation—to monitor, review, and remove any content that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

By submitting content through the Service, you grant AiOnCalls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license also includes the right for other users to view and interact with your content, subject to these Terms.

Unless explicitly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, download, or distribute any content found on the Service—including AiOnCalls-owned or licensed materials—for commercial or personal gain.

Be Responsible and Respectful. Ensure your content and interactions on the platform foster a secure and respectful environment for all users.

Prohibited Uses and Content Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from using the AiOnCalls platform to create, upload, transmit, or share any content that is abusive, illegal, or otherwise in violation of applicable laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Pornographic material or sexually explicit content.

Hateful or discriminatory speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

Depictions of graphic violence or gore.

Promotion or threats of violence against any individual or group.

Facilitation of unlawful activities or distribution of illegal goods or services.

Content that glorifies, encourages, or promotes self-harm or suicidal ideation.

Sexualized content involving minors or depictions of minors in a nude state.

Support, incitement, or glorification of terrorism or violent extremism.

Dissemination of misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information that could result in real-world harm.

Sharing or exposing personal or private data of others, including but not limited to names, home addresses, phone numbers, emails, or government-issued identification numbers.

Any material involving the exploitation of minors will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

Account Enforcement and Compliance

Permitted Use of the Service

By accessing or using AiOnCalls, you acknowledge and agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Users must not exploit or harm minors, including by exposing them to inappropriate or harmful content.

Transmission of unauthorized advertisements, promotions, or unsolicited messages, including spam, is strictly prohibited.

You may not impersonate AiOnCalls personnel, other users, or any third party.

Activities that infringe the rights of others or that are fraudulent, illegal, or harmful are not allowed.

Conduct that could interfere with another person’s use of the Service or cause reputational or legal harm to AiOnCalls or its users is strictly prohibited.

Technical Restrictions and Security Obligations

Users shall not engage in activities that disrupt or impair the operation of the Service or infrastructure.

Automated tools such as bots, spiders, or scripts must not be used to monitor or extract data from the Service without prior written authorization.

Manual copying or distribution of Service content without permission is not permitted.

Introducing malware or any other form of malicious code to the Service is strictly forbidden.

Unauthorized access to the Service’s systems, databases, or networks is prohibited.

Any attempt to launch denial-of-service or similar attacks against AiOnCalls is a violation of this policy.

Users must not take any actions that misrepresent or negatively affect AiOnCalls’s ratings or public perception.

Other attempts to interfere with the platform’s proper functionality are also not allowed.
